As the HamiltonStövare is a rare breed within Australia there will be limited puppies available for some time. It is our goal to breed healthy, happy Hamiltons with excellent temperments & sound movement -- If you are interested in being adopted by a HamiltonStövare Pup please register your interest now to avoid disappointment.

Our Second Litter - Songs with Cars in Them Theme 2006

On Friday the 15th of December Elly's babies were delivered via emergency C-Section by Dr Phil Thomas at the Queensland Veterinary Specialists in Stafford (Brisbane). All our Babies & Mum survived the surgery without complications and are doing well. Thank you to everyone who has enquired but all our puppies have now been placed in wonderful homes. I'll hopefully find time to update these pages shortly.

Our First Litter - Thomas The Tank Engine Theme 2005

5th of September 2005 brought forth the beginning of a very exciting time for us here at Snovantage HamiltonStövare.  The whelping of 'Our' First HamiltonStövare Litter!! We were graced with 8 absolutely adorable little puppies and have taken great pleasure in watching them grow & develop into such awsome, confident little puppies. As heartbreaking as it has been to part with some of these little ones we know in our hearts they are going out into the world with their loving new families and are equipped to take it all !!
This Litter was 'themed' after Thomas The Tank Engine because Eloise thought it would be good to start having her babies on my lounge - which at the time had my sons' Thomas Quilt laying on it ...........
